For a year now, the walls in our apartment (an old building in Berlin, built in the GDR) have been turning yellow. Often around the doors. In the hallway, the walls are now almost completely yellow.
The apartment was completely repainted two years ago.
Other apartments in the building have the same problem.
I'm not sure if it's mold.
Can you tell me what the problem is?
